You know what is so great about trivia?
Everything! Think about it… the most popular games are games that allow people to prove they are smarter and better than everyone else. Quizzes are great for office parties because it is the one time where it is okay to prove you are smarter than your boss or colleague. After keeping to yourself about it all day, it’s so nice to let the cat out of the bag!
Trivia games are the ultimate social game, because everybody can be involved and through process of elimination… the last man standing will have complete bragging rights.
So why throw another boring party dinner for friends when you can encourage everybody to participate in a battle of intellect?
Areas that are perfect for hosting a trivia…
I could tell you that any social event is perfect for a trivia game… and that would be very true however it is just not specific enough.
First and foremost it is perfectly acceptable to host a trivia just so you can host a trivia. It’s like throwing a party… you don’t need a reason.
On the other hand, there are certain events or even needs that can be a great cause to host a trivia.
For example:
- Fundraisers
- Social events on the work place
- Events on bars and pubs
- Private trivia games
Like I stated above; you really don’t need a specific reason for throwing the event – it might as well just be for the fun of it.
Being the host of such an event is both challenging and fun. If you haven’t tried to be a host yet; you may wonder how to pull it off. You may try to improvise your way through, but you are also more than welcome to download my free report about how to host a trivia quiz event.
