The 1^st Quiz staff reserves the right to restrict communication which appears to be (under the discretion of 1^st Quiz staff:) harmful to guests, damaging to the 1^st Quiz community, or in violation of any rights (1^st Quiz or 3^rd party included).

Privacy

We respect your privacy at 1^st Quiz and your e-mail address and any other information will be kept confidential. We will never sell your information or provide information to a 3^rd party, for any reason.

What is Expected of Site Members and Guests of 1st Quiz

By using the 1^st Quiz site, either as a guest or as a site member, you are accepting the terms that:
I. You will only own one account for membership of 1^st Quiz.
II. Before asking a question, you will check that your question has not already been answered by using the search feature through site content as well as the forum.
III. Your comments and questions will be posted in the most appropriate place, and will not be cross posted to multiple locations.
IV. You will act politely and courteously towards others, give thanks when a question is answered, and answer others questions when possible.
V. You will abide by all laws, including but not limited to common sense, as to what is and what is not acceptable behavior.

Prohibited Behaviors on 1st Quiz

Also, by using the 1^st Quiz site, either as a guest or as a site member, you are agreeing not to participate in or encourage any of the following forbidden behaviors.

I. Profanity, vulgarity, or explicit content in any form which includes (but is not limited to:) the use of alternative characters or spellings of words or phrases to get through profanity filters, testing filters, discussing of sexually explicit material or of graphic violence.
II. Hate speech (racial, ethnic, sexist, sexual orientation, or religious comments)
III. Promotion of any illegal activities (including but not limited to drugs, hacking, copyright infringement or sexual solicitation)
IV. Harassment (in any way, shape, or form) of another 1^st Quiz site member.
V.  Spam, including but not limited to repeated posts or off topic content with intent to lead others to an external link. There is absolutely no advertising or promoting a business or commercial site without permission of 1^st Quiz staff, and this information belongs in its designated location, not in message boards, forums, or comments.
VI. Impersonating another person, either by self representation or by faking a similar screen name.
VII. Off topic posts or thread hi-jacking are forbidden.

Copyright Policy

All materials, articles, quizzes, trivia, etc. contained on the 1^st Quiz website are protected by Danish copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the express written permission of a 1^st Quiz staff member.
1^st Quiz will also not tolerate any posting of content on it’s website that is in violation of copyright laws.

Disciplinary Procedures

A member of 1^st Quiz who has violated these policies and demonstrated ill intent or inability to behave will have his or her profile terminated and will become banned from using the 1^st Quiz site. Once a user is banned from using the 1^st Quiz site, they are not allowed to create another profile. In severe cases of problematic behavior, other measures may be taken including legal actions.

Sales and Refund Policy

These terms are subject to Danish law and distance selling regulations.

All quizzes purchased from 1^st Quiz are for use by the purchaser or representative only in one venue and on the given date. The date and venue of the quiz must be disclosed to I-Level, if so requested, and agreed by them prior to the use of the question(s.) I-Level reserves the right to withdraw your right to the question(s) at any time, accompanied by receipt to purchaser of a full refund.

Once a document has been downloaded, no refunds are available. If you are not fully satisfied with the purchased product, we will redeliver the material within 2 business days.

Please contact 1^st Quiz staff if you wish to use the question(s) on more than one occasion, or in more than one venue on a given time frame.

Purchased and downloaded questions may be used as you need, provided the questions are not resold, in whole or in part. If you wish to have the quizzes published in your own brand, a 1^st Quiz staff member will arrange for an extra marketing fee to be agreed upon so that you may do so.

Link submitting. 1st-quiz.com is a dedicated quiz and trivia site. To ad a link to our link directory, your site must somehow relate to these topics. Featured listings are charged a small fee as a subscription on a monthly basis. Featured listings are clearly marked in our links section.

By submitting your request, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete your link details from our site and also portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice.

Termination of  Services

If you wish to close your user account it will be done so immediately and without any question. Subscriptions to the newsletter will also be terminated immediately upon request to do so.

Product subscription termination requests will be processed within 2 business days, and if requested a product subscription will be cancelled by the end of the month that a request was processed. Any period of time that has been paid in advance will not be refunded.

Limitation of Liabilities
